Terms of Use

Last updated: October 8, 2026

About this page: a plain-English page of terms, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. Have it reviewed independently before relying on it formally.

Using this service means accepting these terms

Requesting a trial, placing an order, or watching through Premier IPTV confirms that you agree to the terms below.

What you are subscribing to

A subscription gives you access details for live TV and on-demand content, used in a third-party player app of your choice. Plan length changes the price, not the catalog.

Access details

We send your login by email. It is for you and your household only, and you are responsible for keeping it confidential.

Acceptable use

The service is for personal viewing at home. You agree not to:

  • Share your login outside your household
  • Resell, redistribute, or rebroadcast the service
  • Use the service in breach of applicable law
  • Try to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service

Billing

You pay the price listed on the pricing page at the time of your order, through a secure emailed payment link. Nothing renews on its own unless you decide to order again.

Trial

New customers can request one free 24-hour trial at no cost. It expires on its own; nothing needs to be cancelled. See the trial page.

Availability

We work to keep the service stable, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Quality also depends on your connection, device, and network conditions.

Ending access

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches, such as reselling or publicly sharing a login.

Limits of our liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and excludes indirect or consequential damages.

Updates to these terms

When these terms change, the "last updated" date changes too. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.

Law

These terms fall under the law applicable in the jurisdiction where Premier IPTV operates.
